• Wear is an increasingly worrying phenomenon in national level;
• Even in Cagliari, unfortunately there is a growing and, even more worrying, remains largely "underground";
• This form of crime sweeping the existence of victims, upsetting, in addition to their assets, even the psyche, the emotions and social relations;
• That the Ministry of Economy disbursement of funds pursuant to Art. 15 L. 108/96 to combat

To develop the legal documents necessary to open a one-stop anti-wear of the City of Cagliari, providing direct and free to victims of this serious crime and over-indebted people
