Day 12/15/2010 We did a check at the table of Via Apennines (Elementary School).
We have inspected the shop, refrigerator, stove and all cooking. We found everything in order and clean. The woman in charge of the refectory were kind and helpful.
The products of the store are medium to high quality (Barilla pasta, parboiled rice, chicken AIA, etc.)..
The daily menu consisted of gnocchi with meat sauce, fried, steamed carrots and juice fruit. The dishes were of good quality for a meal: fresh gnocchi, meat sauce with ground meat and tomatoes, an omelette made with pasteurized eggs (as it should be for a table).
We had to contact the managers of the canteen, so from now on will be extended by the committee of the ladies Gemeaz Cusin, all reports that parents will want to write to rocraf@yahoo.it.
The next test will be carried out to middle school, presumably in January.
