Mexicanas Calientes Culiando

NURSERY STREET CAMPANIA

Day 4/16/2010 parents have an essay at the table of Via Campania (Kindergarten Plexus "L. Pirandello").

premise that are not present at the dining hall or a shop or a kitchen, but only a fridge for leftovers. The meals, in fact, cooked and ready to come off then cooked in the Apennines via Campania. Hot meals are housed in stainless steel tanks, which in turn are placed in thermal containers.

We found a clean and tidy everywhere.

The menu of the day was consistent with that reported in calendar notice board: pasta with tomato sauce, chicken nuggets, boiled vegetables (carrots, green beans and potatoes) and oranges for fruit. We ate at the side of children.

Our opinion on food is as follows: FIRST
, pasta with tomato sauce was of good quality but the pasta was too hot;
Second, the chicken nuggets were of low quality are small balls made from a mixture chicken (meat-type) coated with a breading, we noticed that the majority of children did not like, were mostly left on the plates,
contours, boiled vegetables (carrots, green beans and potatoes) was good but not very seasoned;
FRUIT: oranges were a bit 'mushy, not quite fresh.

During the meal we have received several reports by teachers about the cod-piece: it seems almost all do not like (to hear parents, children) and would like to remove it from the menu (not the classic poles, rather like that).

We have learned by the City that any changes to the menus are to ask the nutritionist of the ASL. In the coming days we will prepare a letter for replacement of both the cod into pieces of chicken nuggets and, why not appreciated and not taken.
