last session of the City Council I have presented a query against the deterioration of the property owned by the town located on the corner of Via Maddalena and the Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The building was purchased in 1969 to widen the road, but this operation has never reached completion due to the stop imposed by the Superintendent (inside there is an old CISE later onset of a series of cases between the City and neighbors, and between the public body and the undertaking was asked to renovate the building. The deterioration has gone hand in hand with the increase in official documents that have gradually accumulated, so that they stampacini renamed the property for obvious reasons "Castle Sorcesco." After years petitions, battles in the District and the City seem to see a glimpse: In the coming days representatives of the Municipality of Cagliari will try to reach an agreement with the owner of the neighboring tending to put an end to this matter. Simply put: the town or buy the property next to or, conversely, the nearby Castle Sorcesco buy.
